Tenant admitted that for 10 years she had rented another rent-stabilized apartment in Manhattan. The other apartment had three bedrooms. Tenant maintained telephone, cable television, and Con Edison accounts at the other apartment. She also listed the other apartment as her address on income tax returns and kept clothing and personal belongings there.
