Tenant Owns Home in Florida

Landlord sued to evict tenants for non-primary residence. The trial court ruled for landlord, and tenants appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenants. Landlord's manager saw tenants move out; tenants leased another nearby apartment and jointly owned a home in Florida. In addition, one tenant stated that she didn't live in landlord's apartment and the other tenant didn't appear at trial.
