Tenant Must Pay Rent to Court

A court ordered tenant to pay his monthly rent to the court until the DHCR ruled on his rent overcharge case. Tenant appealed, and the appeals court upheld the lower court ruling. The court can order tenant to pay his rent, pending a DHCR ruling.
