Tenant Gets 10% Rent Abatement for Various Problems

He stated that the mailbox didn't work, there were no garbage cans, there were holes in the wall behind the toilet in his apartment, vermin infestation, the kitchen and dining room floor were damaged, and there were leaks and cracks in the kitchen ceiling. The court ruled for tenant and gave him a 10 percent rent abatement.
