Tenant Corrected Violations

Landlord sued to evict tenant for making illegal alterations to his apartment, which resulted in a DOB violation. The court issued an eviction warrant, and tenant appealed. The appeals court delayed the eviction warrant. Tenant had taken steps to correct the violation. But if tenant doesn't correct the violation quickly, landlord can ask the lower court to let it proceed with the eviction.
