Rent Demand Asked for Legal Fees

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed that landlord's three-day notice was defective. The court ruled for tenant and dismissed landlord's petition. Landlord's three-day rent demand notice contained a demand for legal fees in addition to rent. It was wrong to include this demand in the rent demand notice.
