Renewal Offer Mailed to Tenant on Time

Tenant appealed, claiming that her lease should be deemed to start at a later date than the stated renewal date. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Landlord submitted sufficient proof that it mailed tenant the lease renewal offer during the 90--150-day window period. Landlord submitted an employee affidavit of mailing and a U.S. Post Office proof of mailing.
