Officer of Corporate Landlord Liable

DOS issued several violation notices to landlord relating to garbage disposal. Landlord claimed that the notices improperly named a corporate officer personally. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined him $50. Landlord appealed and lost. As a corporate officer, landlord was someone with control over the building who could be held responsible for sanitation violations.
