Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed breach of the warranty of habitability. The court ruled for landlord and didn't give tenant a rent abatement. Tenant appealed and lost. The conditions tenant complained of were merely minor inconveniences and didn't amount to a breach of the warranty of habitability.
