MDR Statement Was Valid

LVT Number: 15725

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Tenant asked the court to dismiss the case, claiming that landlord's MDR statement was invalid. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. The fact that the MDR statement didn't contain the home address of one of the three corporate officers didn't make the MDR invalid. The home addresses of the other two officers were given, as well as the building super's telephone number. The home and office phone numbers of the corporate president were also listed elsewhere on the form.
