Landlord Replaced Refrigerator

LVT Number: 15262

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of the service. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant's rent was originally reduced because landlord had replaced her defective refrigerator with a smaller model that wasn't comparable. In response to the rent reduction order, landlord installed a larger refrigerator. Tenant admitted this. So landlord was entitled to rent restoration.
