Landlord Proved Rent Owed

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed that landlord couldn't prove rent was owed because it was paid in cash, and landlord didn't give tenant any receipts. The court ruled for landlord. Landlord submitted as evidence to the court a schedule of rent charges, the amount of rent paid, date of payment, and payment method. Also, landlord claimed that she provided monthly statements to tenant that were the equivalent of receipts. Tenant didn't deny that she owed rent or object to any of landlord's proof.
