Landlord Filed One Facade Inspection Report for Two Buildings

DOB issued a violation notice to landlord for not filing a building facade inspection report. Landlord claimed that the report, for a building at 300 Madison Ave., was included with a report filed for another building under the title of ''310 Madison Ave. Complex.'' The two buildings were on the same block and lot. The ALJ ruled for landlord and dismissed the violation. DOB appealed and lost. Applicable regulations don't require landlord to file a separate report for each building.
