Landlord Didn't File Elevator Test Results with DOB

DOB issued a violation notice to landlord for not conducting a five-year elevator test and filing the test results with DOB. Landlord claimed it had done the test. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined it $100. Landlord had performed the test before the violation notice was issued, but it hadn't filed the results with DOB. Landlord appealed and lost. To avoid a fine, landlord not only had to perform the test but also was required to file the test results with DOB.
