Landlord Can't Change Venue of Tenant's Negligence Lawsuit

Tenant sued landlord, claiming negligence. Tenant sued landlord in Bronx County, although he lived in New York County. Landlord asked the court to move the case to Westchester County. Landlord claimed that its residence was in Westchester County. The court ruled against landlord. Although landlord claimed that it had an office in Westchester, landlord's main office was located in Bronx County. There was no reason to move the case to Westchester.
