Tenant's girlfriend lived across town and was the mother of tenant's children. The court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord showed ample need for the additional questioning. At his initial pretrial questioning session, tenant's answers were evasive concerning his relationship with these other people and his presence at the apartment.
