Housing Court to Decide Case

Before landlord started a housing court case, tenants sued landlord in Supreme Court and asked that Court to delay landlord's housing court case while the Supreme Court decided whether there was any grounds for landlord's nonprimary residence case. The Supreme Court ruled against tenants.

Before landlord started a housing court case, tenants sued landlord in Supreme Court and asked that Court to delay landlord's housing court case while the Supreme Court decided whether there was any grounds for landlord's nonprimary residence case. The Supreme Court ruled against tenants. While the Court thought that landlord's case was questionable, the housing part of the civil court was the proper court to decide the case.
