DHCR Granted Landlord's Request for Reconsideration of Rent Administrator's Order

In response, the DRA granted the request and reopened the case for further consideration. While that request for reconsideration was pending, landlord also filed a timely PAR. On Dec. 16, 2022, the DRA issued an Order Pursuant to Reconsideration, which revoked the DRA's earlier order and granted the MCI rent increases. This made landlord's PAR moot, and the DHCR therefore terminated the PAR proceeding two years later.
