Condo Unit Owner Can't Withhold Common Charges

Landlord condominium board sued tenant condo unit owner for nonpayment of common charges. Tenant claimed that there had been a water leak in his unit. He also asked the court to delay the board's court case pending his lawsuit against the board for property damage. The court and appeals court ruled against tenant. Tenant wasn't entitled either to withhold payment of common charges because of the leak or to delay the board's court action.
