Co-op Tenant Must Pay Electric Charges

Cooperative apartment landlord sued tenant for unpaid electrical charges. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved that tenant owed the charges with a statement from the building's managing agent, as well as itemized bills, ledgers, and meter readings showing the amount of the outstanding charges.
