Tenant Violated Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant for keeping cats in her apartment. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court in which tenant agreed to get rid of the cats. When tenant didn't do so, landlord sought her eviction. Tenant asked the court to vacate the judgment and eviction warrant. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant violated the settlement agreement by keeping the cats three months after the date she was supposed to get rid of them.
