Misaligned Bathroom Door

LVT Number: 11253

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced his rent. Landlord later applied to restore the rent based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled against landlord and landlord appealed. The DHCR ruled for landlord and restored the rent. An inspection had showed shown that repairs were made except that the bathroom door in the apartment wasn't properly aligned. Work was being done to correct this at the time of the inspection. The misaligned bathroom door was a minor condition and, by itself, wasn't a reason for a rent reduction.
