Landlord Must Refund Security Deposit

Tenant sued landlord in small claims court for the refund of his security deposit after he moved out. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and lost. Tenant moved out at the end of his lease term and wasn't responsible for any additional rent. Landlord was properly ordered to refund tenant's deposit.
