Warrant Restoring Tenant to Possession Delayed

Tenant sued landlord, claiming an illegal lockout. The court ruled for tenant and ordered landlord to restore tenant to possession. Landlord appealed. Landlord asked the court to delay restoring tenant to possession while its appeal was pending. The court ruled for landlord on the condition that landlord post a $500,000 undertaking. And tenant didn't have to pay rent to landlord while the appeal was pending, since tenant wasn't let back into the apartment and had to pay for temporary housing.
