Warrant Permanently Delayed

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord and issued an eviction warrant. Tenant then paid the back rent and asked that execution of the warrant be permanently delayed. The court ruled for tenant, and landlord appealed and lost. Landlord hadn't opposed the permanent delay of the eviction warrant before the trial court.
