Two Sweepings a Day Is Reasonable

Landlord appealed, explaining that the building was a small cooperative with no super. Residents swept twice a day, on a rotating schedule, in the morning and at 5:00 p.m. ECB ruled for landlord. Landlord showed that it made reasonable efforts to keep the sidewalk clean through its regular sweeping routine.
