Trial Required on Claim Against Section 8 Tenant

Tenant claimed that her Section 8 subsidy had been improperly terminated without notice and asked for a trial on these issues. Landlord claimed that tenant hadn't provided enough proof for Section 8 recertification and that it had properly notified tenant. The court ruled against landlord.
