Tiles Slippery When Wet

LVT Number: 18410

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. She said landlord had replaced broken bathroom tiles with unsafe, slippery ones. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. An inspection found that the tiles weren't slippery when dry. They were slippery when wet, but this was a normal condition. Tenant should use a bath mat to prevent slipping in the bathroom.
