Termination Notice to HUD Tenant Defective

Landlord sued to evict HUD tenant. Tenant claimed landlord's termination notice was defective and asked the court to dismiss the case. The court ruled for tenant, and landlord appealed and lost. Landlord's notices of recertification and termination of tenant's subsidy didn't comply with the requirements of the HUD Handbook or of tenant's lease. In particular, the notices didn't advise tenant of his right to meet with landlord.
