Tenants Without Elevator Service for Over a Year

The court later gave landlord an extension of time to comply with the agreement. Landlord later asked the court for a further extension of time to comply with the order. The court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and lost. The court properly denied landlord’s last-minute request for more time.
