Tenant's TV Antenna Connected to Building's Master Antenna

The DHCR inspection showed that the building's master roof antenna was properly maintained and in good working order. Although tenant claimed that her TV antenna wasn't connected to the building's master antenna, the inspector's report stated that it was connected.
