Tenant's Son Sold Drugs Outside Building

Landlord sued to evict tenant because her son sold drugs outside the building. The police testified in court that, on two occasions, tenant's son was arrested outside the building for selling drugs. They also testified that they didn't think tenant's mother knew he did this because she was surprised and visibly upset when they told her. No drugs were found in the apartment. Tenant and her daughter testified that tenant's son was difficult, but neither knew of his drug activity. Tenant's son later moved out of the apartment. The court ruled against landlord.
