Tenant's Son Engaged in Violent Conduct

LVT Number: 13896

Landlord NYCHA held a hearing and ruled that tenant should be evicted because her son engaged in violent conduct at the building. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant told NYCHA that she wasn't willing to make her son move out of the apartment. Since her son's behavior endangered other tenants, it was fair for landlord to decide to evict tenant.
