Tenants Didn't Have Good Reason to Vacate Settlement Agreement

LVT Number: 14947

Landlord sued to evict tenants. Tenants and landlord signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenants later asked the court to vacate the agreement. The court ruled against tenants. Tenants appealed and lost. The agreement stated that an apartment wall might be defective, and it preserved all of tenants' rights with regard to the wall. So this wasn't a reason to vacate the agreement.
