Tenants Can't Vacate Stipulation

Landlord sued to evict tenants for nonpayment of rent. Landlord and tenants entered into a stipulation of settlement. Later, tenants asked the court to vacate the stipulation. The court refused, and tenants appealed. The appeals court also refused to vacate the stipulation. Tenants were represented by an attorney and agreed to move out of the luxury apartment within two-and-a-half months. They also received other benefits under the stipulation for agreeing to move out. Tenants showed no good reason to vacate the stipulation.
