Tenant Wants to Get Information Before Trial

LVT Number: 11114

Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. Landlord's petition listed a number of acts against the building's employees and other tenants supposedly committed by tenant. Tenant asked the court for permission to get certain information from landlord before the trial. The court ruled for tenant in part. Landlord claimed that other tenants were disturbed by tenant's conduct but didn't list the names or apartments of those tenants. Tenant was entitled to that information to prepare for a trial.
