Landlord sued to evict tenant for nuisance, based on tenant's objectionable conduct. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenant agreed not to disturb other tenants. Landlord later sought eviction based on tenant's violation of the agreement. After a hearing, the court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and won. At the hearing, landlord had proved that tenant's disruptive conduct continued. Tenant continued to verbally assault and threaten other tenants, trespass into other tenants' apartments, and write abusive and harassing notes to other tenants.
