Tenant Violated Agreement to Escort Her Son When He Visited

Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. Landlord and tenant signed a probationary settlement agreement that landlord later claimed that tenant violated. The court ruled for landlord and ordered eviction. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant violated the agreement by failing to accompany her permanently excluded adult son into and out of the building when he visited and by allowing him to stay in her apartment overnight.
