Tenant Sold Drugs from His Apartment

This led to a police investigation and search warrant. Police also set up a sting where heroin was purchased in the apartment from tenant. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. The facts established that tenant was in material noncompliance with his lease.
