LVT Number: 17854

Landlord asked the court to dismiss the case without a trial, claiming that it was still snowing when tenant fell. The court ruled against landlord. There was a question of fact as to whether the storm was still in progress when tenant fell. Landlord and tenant submitted conflicting weather report information.
