Tenant Must Clean Apartment and Get Rid of Odor

Landlord showed that tenant had accumulated large amounts of garbage and debris in his apartment. This caused strong and offensive odors throughout the building. The court ruled for landlord and gave tenant 10 days to correct the problem by cleaning the apartment, removing the smell, and keeping the apartment in that condition.
