Tenant Limited Hours of Access

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. Landlord claimed that tenant wouldn't provide access to make repairs. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant limited access to landlord's workers until noon on the first access date and didn't offer landlord a second access date to finish the work. So the DRA properly terminated tenant's complaint.
