Tenant Interfered with Landlord's Painting Work

Tenant claimed that he should get a rent abatement. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord testified that tenant interfered with landlord's attempt to paint tenant's apartment. The court found landlord's testimony believable, and there was no proof of any other condition in the apartment that warranted a rent abatement.
