Tenant Gets Chance to Pay Rent Due

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. The agreement gave landlord a judgment and delayed tenant's eviction. Tenant admitted owing rent and agreed to move out by the end of 1998. Tenant also agreed that if she didn't pay November and December rent, landlord could move up the eviction date. When tenant didn't pay November and December rent, landlord got an eviction warrant. Tenant asked the court to vacate the warrant. The court ruled for tenant.
