Tenant Entitled to See Incident Reports Before Trial

Tenant sued landlord for negligence after being raped in the building. Tenant asked that landlord produce before the trial incident reports of any crimes, drug use, or vagrancy at the housing complex in the past three years. The court ruled for tenant in part, limiting the reports landlord had to produce to those concerning violent crimes. Tenant appealed and won. Tenant was entitled to see all the types of incident reports she asked for.
