Tenant Didn't Sign Renewal Lease

Landlord sued to evict tenant for not signing a renewal lease. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court stating that tenant would sign the lease. When tenant didn't do so, landlord asked the court for permission to evict tenant. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The appeals court also ruled against tenant. The settlement agreement was valid. Tenant was given one last chance to sign the renewal lease within 10 days or face eviction.
