Tenant Didn't Pay Rent Due Under Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant agreed to pay all rent owed by July 1, 1997. When tenant didn't do so, landlord asked the court for permission to evict. Tenant asked the court to vacate the settlement agreement. The court ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed. The appeals court again ruled against tenant. Tenant was represented by an attorney, didn't get ''Jiggetts'' relief, and didn't offer any reasonable excuse for her payment default under the agreement.
