Tenant Didn't Correct Fire and Health Hazards

Facts:Landlord sued to evict tenant for nuisance. Tenant's apartment was overfilled with clothing, books, newspapers, and other items. Landlord claimed that this made movement in the apartment impossible and endangered the safety of other tenants by creating health and fire hazards. The court ruled for landlord and ordered tenant to clean the conditions by March 25. Tenant didn't do so, and the court then ordered tenant's eviction. Tenant then asked the court to vacate its decision. Court:Tenant loses.
