Tenant Didn't Complain About Rear Door

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced his rent based on defects in the rear door frame and lock. Landlord appealed, pointing out that tenant hadn't complained about the specific conditions that were the basis of the rent reduction. The DHCR ruled for landlord and revoked the rent cut. Tenant had complained only about the front door in the living room. An inspection found that this door was adequately maintained.
