Tenant Claims Oven Is Too Small

Rent-stabilized tenant complained of a reduction in services. She claimed that the oven in her apartment had been replaced a few times and that her current oven was smaller than the original one. The DRA ruled against tenant and dismissed the complaint. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord was providing an oven to tenant. And in a prior DHCR proceeding, tenant had complained that the same oven was too large.
